Let’s Hike and Write Together!
Music and Musing
Wednesday, April 9 | 7 p.m. MST
This is an hour-long online gathering that combines music, poetry, writing and friends. This is similar to a book club, but rather than assigning a book, a musical album will be the focus.
Participants are encouraged to listen to the album ahead of the gathering, review the lyrics, and come prepared to free write for about 30 minutes based on writing prompts associated with the album. At the end of the gathering, we will have time for volunteers to share their work.

Hunting for Hearts Hike
Sunday, April 27 | 8-11 a.m. MST
This is an in-person event. We will meet at a trailhead and look for hearts together as we explore the Sandia Mountains for a few hours.
Where: Embudito Trailhead (map)
Distance: This is a social hike with no distance set. We will hike up for about 1.5 hours, and hike down for 1.5 hours as we look for hearts, take pictures, and get to know each other.
